Following meticulous attention to detail in the design process each regiment is deep cut into solid hardwood to create stunning regimental masterpieces.
 
The original 3d model created from the MOD design, and made into a 3d piece of art, before being accepted by the MOD as true and correct. 
 
Solid hardwood is milled 1.5 inches thick and placed on  a CNC machine and the design is deep carved into the wood, it is finished by hand and oiled to last generations.
